    Refund Policy

    You can return your products purchased at www.Wellfy.shop, within 30 days after the purchase is delivered. All products must be returned intact, unworn, with all their original labels and packaging. We do not collect items that have already been used and are not damaged.

    Send us an email to info@wellfy.shop to coordinate the return of your order. Our customer service department will tell you how to proceed. Once the return is received in our warehouse, we will proceed to pay you the amount of the returned order. 

    In the event that the client wishes to make an exchange or a return, * the cost of the return will be borne by the client. *

    Damages and problems

    Inspect your order in the receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.



    Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

     

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.






    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



    Lost / Stolen

    Items Wellfy.shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on the Tracking Page provided.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will automatically be refunded. Remember that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
