When will my order be processed?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will ship the next day after the day the order is processed. After 8 hours of placing your order, it will no longer be possible to cancel it and to return it you will have to wait to receive it.
If you need to change the delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After processing, it will take 7-12 delivery business days for depending on your location.
Please note that the transport company does not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order has been processed on a Friday after 12am, it is very likely that it will not be shipped until the following Monday.
